Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe

All the items will get delivered within 60 mins to 2 hours based upon your location.

We strive to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the quality and freshness of your food.

Delivery Areas

We deliver within our designated service areas. If your location is outside our service area, we will notify you during the ordering process.

Delivery Updates

You will receive regular updates about your order status, including when your food is being prepared and when it's out for delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

You can cancel your order at any time before the restaurant begins preparing the food i.e within 10 minutes you can cancel your order.

Once the restaurant has accepted the order and started preparation, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the order value will be charged to compensate the restaurant and delivery partner.

Cancellation by the Restaurant/Delivery Service

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following circumstances, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund:

  • The ordered item(s) are unavailable.
  • The restaurant is closed or unable to fulfill the order.
  • The delivery address is outside of our service area.
  • We are unable to contact you to confirm the order.
  • The delivery partner is unable to deliver the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy

No Returns Accepted

Due to the perishable nature of food and health regulations, we do not accept returns on delivered food and beverage items.

All sales are final once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

No Replacement/Exchange

No replacement / No exchange is allowed.

Refund Policy (for Prepaid Orders)

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund for a prepaid order under the following conditions. All refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe of 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Wrong Order/Missing Items: If you received the wrong order or an item is missing from your order.
  • Damaged or Tampered Packaging: If the food packaging is visibly damaged or has been tampered with at the time of delivery.
  • Poor Food Quality: If the food is spoiled, undercooked, or otherwise unfit for consumption.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order was never delivered to you.
  • Significant Delay: If your order is delivered with an excessive and unreasonable delay (more than 2 hours beyond the estimated delivery time), provided the delay was not due to an issue on your end (you were unreachable, provided the wrong address).

How to Request a Refund

Immediate Notification

Immediately contact our customer support team by calling our customer service number at +91 99679 85335.

Provide Evidence

You may be required to provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue (a photo of the incorrect item, a video of the tampered packaging, or a picture of the spoiled food).

Order Details

Have your order number and the name of the restaurant ready.

Verification

Our customer support team will review your request and the evidence provided. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of MADHAPUR NEWS CAFE on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • It will take approximately 5 to 10 working days for the amount to get credited in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Inspection at Delivery

If you choose to pay with Cash on Delivery, please inspect the order at the time of delivery.

You are not obligated to accept and pay for an order if the food is clearly wrong, damaged, or incomplete.

Once you have made the payment and the delivery partner has departed, it may be more difficult to resolve any issues.
