All the items will get delivered within 60 mins to 2 hours based upon your location.
We strive to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the quality and freshness of your food.
We deliver within our designated service areas. If your location is outside our service area, we will notify you during the ordering process.
You will receive regular updates about your order status, including when your food is being prepared and when it's out for delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before the restaurant begins preparing the food i.e within 10 minutes you can cancel your order.
Once the restaurant has accepted the order and started preparation, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the order value will be charged to compensate the restaurant and delivery partner.
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following circumstances, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund:
Due to the perishable nature of food and health regulations, we do not accept returns on delivered food and beverage items.
All sales are final once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
No replacement / No exchange is allowed.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund for a prepaid order under the following conditions. All refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe of 24 hours of receiving the order.

You may be required to provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue (a photo of the incorrect item, a video of the tampered packaging, or a picture of the spoiled food).
Have your order number and the name of the restaurant ready.
Our customer support team will review your request and the evidence provided. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of MADHAPUR NEWS CAFE on a case-by-case basis.
If you choose to pay with Cash on Delivery, please inspect the order at the time of delivery.
You are not obligated to accept and pay for an order if the food is clearly wrong, damaged, or incomplete.
Once you have made the payment and the delivery partner has departed, it may be more difficult to resolve any issues.
